Enter the email address that you used when you joined NursesUSA and Click Send. Your password will automatically and immediately be emailed to you. If you don’t remember which email address you used, first try the ones you typically use.

If you’re unable to enter the email address that you used when you joined NursesUSA, contact us and include in your email message your name and address and your new email address. Upon verification of your member status, we’ll notify you within 1-2 business days via email that your member record has been updated with your new email address. You can then return to this page to retrieve your  password.

You can also contact us by phone Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST at 614-497-4088. If you reach our Member Services voicemail box, please leave your full name and address and phone number or email address where you can be reached.
